$4,000.00+ mattress and platform bought directly through them. Mattress is sagging right in the middle and in an area, we don't even sleep in, and only after just two years, Sent in pictures showing the defect, how it not only meets the criteria for replacement but exceeds it, yet keep getting the runaround from "Paul in the warranty dept. If they don't resolve this, I will be writing the President of the company. and reporting them to the BBB and CA AG's office of consumer affairs for a full investigation. I am a long-term Temper customer, and this was our second mattress set from them. Their escalation dept rep Glenda seems to care but they have little to no control over their warranty dept and "Paul" seems vindictive and not consumer friendly, they should keep him away from customers...how sad. I've also asked to speak with a manger in the warranty dept twice now and keep getting routed back to "Paul". Tempur-Pedic are you listening, do you even care? Please help!

The Tempur-Pedic is comfortable and has the capability to adjust one half of the bed, while the other half is set to that other person's preference.

We looked for a month for the best mattress. Tried everything out there. My wife has a lot of back, hip, and other joint pains. This is the only mattress that my wife could lay on that did not hurt her hips. The relief was immediate and could be felt right in the showroom. The trial and return policy was also one of the best we came across ( if you buy direct from Tempurpedic). Had it now for a month. We love it!!!

We have had this mattress for a couple of weeks after trying two other big brand mattresses at home and returning them. This mattress is truly a hybrid and great quality. Feels firm initially but conforms to your body while also being supportive. Husband has been in a much better mood as he is finally getting quality sleep. This bed is well worth the investment and we finally found a mattress we want to keep!

We recently went into a store and tested all the mattresses and found their firm mattress was the best for our sleeping needs. Also upgraded the base frame as well. Our backs are so pleased! This is our second purchase of the same mattress for a different room. Seriously amazingly comfortable. I'm 8.5 months pregnant and this matttress is just so supportive.

My wife and I tried over 7 different mattresses, toppers, and pillow combinations in the past 4 years, and all this has caused us a great deal of pain and taken a lot of money from us.
Last night was our first night on our new Tempur ProAdapt 2.0 Medium CA King mattress and I can finally say with confidence that I have no need to ever look for another mattress.
My best nights sleep on a Purple mattress was worse than my worst nights sleep on this Tempur Pedic mattress! 10/10 couldn't be happier! Really excited to see how much better it is when it breaks in.

I have purchased a medium ProAdapt and after one month decided to go with firm one. I would say I have good experience and feeling with both, but more comfortable with firm one.
Most of my back pain disappeared from the 2-3rd weeks of using.

This is the second Tempurpedic I have bought. I had the original one that came out about 15 years ago. I just wanted the same one again. Both a salesperson at a store near me, and the AI chatbot recommended the Pro-Adapt Firm. I am so happy with it. I sleep like a baby. My old mattress was perfect for about 10 years - just about the length of the warranty. Then it started to get dented in the areas where I slept. It was still super comfortable but I felt that I deserved a new one. Glad I treated myself. Haven't woken up with hip pain since I got it, either. It also had no weird smell, and they have added handles around the perimeter so it's a little easier to move.

Every night I get the perfect sleep because of this bed. No more waking up all wet or a sore back. The firmness takes some getting used to. Like jumping on a hard marshmallow, hard at first touch but then you slowly sink in the perfect spot.

We love the mattress and pillows. Especially being able to adjust pillow thickness by removing product inside to personal comfort level. I will say $ was wasted on pillow suggested to use between legs. It is so heavy I cannot use it.
Wish I had used the $ for another sleep pillow.

1st year of ownership was great then the memory foam slowly starts to lose sturdiness and your lower back and buttocks sink way below the rest of your body causing severe AM back pain despite adequate support underneath and even placing on the floor. The foam of course returns to normal when not on it so there is no "noticeable sag" allowing return. Stuck with a 3k bed that I dread falling asleep on longer than 30 minutes. I have had to sleep on the floor multiple times. I slept on an ikea mattress in Portugal and my back felt significantly better. My parents have a tempur that has lasted over a decade unfortunately I feel that the quality has diminished. I purchased from a certified retailer.

When it finally had sunk so much that side-sleeping caused pain in my shoulder that had had surgery, we knew we wanted another Tempur-pedic. We bought a "soft" mattress, but it wasn't nearly as soft as our previous one. My husband even started to have pain in the shoulder that he had dislocated decades ago. We traded in the Pro-adapt for the next level (luxe) up. It's better, but still not the same as the simple foam pad. :(
